Curiosity HUB Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Curiosity HUB platform, visiting curiosityhub.co.in, or provisioning a multi-tenant corporate workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Biometric Data Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description & Subscriptions

Curiosity HUB provides cloud-hosted facial recognition attendance, mobile GPS geofencing, leave administration, and automated payroll software. Subscriptions are billed on monthly or annual terms according to selected editions (Basic, Smart, or Pro) and active workforce headcounts.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Employee Consent

As an employer and Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate workplace consent from your employees prior to capturing biometric facial samples. You agree not to use the service for unauthorized surveillance or unlawful tracking.

4. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% cloud platform uptime. Curiosity HUB includes offline caching mechanisms on edge terminals to ensure continuous clock-in functionality during local broadband or power interruptions. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
