Curiosity HUB Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Curiosity HUB provides workforce management, touchless face attendance, and automated payroll SaaS services. When you create an account, configure a tenant portal, or enroll workforce members, we process:

• Administrative Account Details: Name, work email address, telephone number, organization name, and billing details.
• Employee Workforce Roster: Employee names, IDs, department codes, designations, work shift assignments, and office locations.
• Attendance Verification Records: Timestamps of clock-in and clock-out events, verification mode (Webcam Kiosk, Mobile GPS), and matched confidence metrics.
• Biometric Data: Mathematical 128-d vector embeddings generated from camera captures. Raw facial photos are not stored permanently.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to deliver the cloud SaaS service: authenticating authorized users, validating workforce attendance against work shift rules, calculating statutory payroll allowances and deductions, and presenting real-time dashboards to administrators. We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize customer data to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All network communication is encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Database storage and backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Access tokens utilize HS256 signed JWTs stored in secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookies to protect against cross-site scripting (XSS) and CSRF attacks.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We disclose information only to vetted infrastructure service providers (e.g. AWS cloud hosting, SendGrid email delivery) strictly as necessary to execute the service, or where required by applicable legal process under Indian jurisdiction.
