4. Canopy Walk – Assassin South, Ghana

One unique feature sets Ghana’s Kakum National Park apart from other national parks: a rainforest, a lush tropical jungle home to many species of flora and fauna. At Kakum, you can walk on a rope bridge through the forest canopy, or hike or canoe on the forest floor. Made to look like a natural feature of the forest, the bridge was designed to attract ecotourism and raise awareness of the park.
